    Hi All,

Moving back to Ireland from Canada and was wondering which is the best bank back in Ireland to join at the moment. Haven't been back in a long time so I'm not sure how thigs are there at the moment.
I have some savings so would need a savings account in addition to a chequing account. Ideally would like a credit card. And minimum fees.
Any bank doing offers/specials for new signups at the moments?

Thanks in advance to anyone with info!

    Cheers

Permanent TSB has its explore account which looks really good, or maybe the EBS moneymanager account if you don't use atms or don't want contactless on your card.

    - Best current account offer: EBS Money Manager. No fees and no conditions attached to getting free fees. However, there is no app, their online banking is very basic, there is no Android Pay support and no contactless. It is a very basic old fashioned offering.

    - Other options include the KBC Extra Current Account. To get free banking you need to deposit at least 2,500 EUR per month. Android pay support, good app and contactless.

    - Other options also include the PTSB Explore Current Account. To get free banking you need to use your debit card a lot per month. If you do not use your debit card you will be charged 4 EUR per month but you get a credit per debit card use up to 5 EUR a month. No Android pay support, contactless and good app.

    - KBC offer a credit card with some small rewards attached.

    - KBC offer a KBC Extra Regular Saver which pays 3.00% AER variable provided you deposit between 100 and 1,00 EUR per month and have a KBC Extra Current account.

EBs? Nice people but are yiu mad? Eleven days to clear a cheque. Insanity. Just google them all OP - don't get sucked into this minimum balance or we charge iu account that a fee of them are hiding behind atm.
