Freesat bug -blank programme guide (EPG)

I have a Humax HDR1100S Freesat Box and at the moment no programmes are showing on the EPG All the channels are there but individual programme data is missing. Anyone know what's going on or how to fix it ? (other than unplugging etc)

(PS -later realised the linked thread in fact relates to FreeVIEW not FreeSAT, though maybe the issue is still related?

I had the problem back at the start of the week on Sunday/Monday but it sorted itself without the need to do anything. Previously would unlplug from the mains for a few minutes and reconnect and that would sort it out after a few minutes.
