Aer Lingus A330s to Malaga , days and times ?

    Hi, I am hoping to get a chance to fly on the are Lingus A330 and am wondering if anyone would know if it is going to be used on the Malaga route again this year. I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me what days of the week in February, March , April or May I should try to book for. Last year I managed to get it on the way down but not on the way back. I know they can change the aircraft type, so if anyone could recommend what month I might have the best chance of getting it both ways. Thanks

    While I don't know what dates the A330 will operate, it usually does EI582/584 ex DUB and EI583/585 from AGP. E.G. morning ex DUB, mid-morning / Lunchtime ex AGP.

    Based on that info I would go looking in the journey planner and select your dates and see if the A330 appears in the seating plan when choosing a seat.

    Aer Lingus show the aircraft type in their search engine when booking flights, the A330 does the Morning Malagas during the summer months

    Guaranteed from 1 May to end of October, April is usually reviewed closer to time but with Easter in April this year it's likely to operate.

    Certainly been on a330 ex malaga a few times in march or early april.

    Think March 24th it starts but it wont be daily till end of april i'd say,Based on demand.its always the EI584/585

    Yeah used to be a standards daily however in recent years's it's been consistently reviewed and generally subbed by A321.

    For example in April 2016 there was just 12 flights on the A330, the rest all bar one were A321 and it was mainly just Saturday/Sunday ops.
