My daughter has an inflatable chair. Its punctured and I want to patch it.
I tried a bicycle patch but it didn't work.
I tried duct tape over that patch. It didn't work.

    Any ideas?

(It's plastic like you'd find a lilo made out of, or a kids swimming ring)

When you say it didn't work, was it the glue or the patch that was the problem?

Sounds like you need a piece of plastic that is the same as the chair is made of, which sounds like vinyl, and a solvent based glue that will melt that type of plastic, like that used to join PVC pipe fittings.

Well the glue, but it was a rubber glue, so...

I patched an inflatable chair by gluing a bit of a plastic bag to it . Tried a patch first and it failed
