Burris Fastfire reflex sight

As the title, looking for a Burris Fastfire 3 sight, seems to fit what I'm looking for, but I determined from reviews on YouTube.
I haven't even started looking in an RFD here, just can't see it been comparable in price and from what I've seen is a lot of makes I don't know, which I think might be suited to airsoft than .22lr or even shotgun recoil.

Found this old thread, had been wary of buying off eBay as would like a good sight, of genuine origin, looked at the few threads that mention the Burris fastfire sight, which seems low profile enough for what I want it and may be useful for a number of applications. I looked at a few online shops and even they can't compare pricewise to eBay and these sights seem genuine,

    Any guidance?

    Over priced IMO.

Try these reflex sights first before spending BIG money on that Burris
I have been using these for years. First on my handgun and now I have 2 on my pump action and semi-auto shotguns using slugs so a good recoil on them. TIP is to use a small drop of super glue on the glass to stop it moving I used this sight to shoot in the Phoenix 100y & 200y shotgun comp. in the UK last year, and came second.
Get them off Ebay for under £20. Any of these reflex red dot sights are only good for the closer shots for hunting IMO.

I have also got this reflex sight as well to try out it's a lot smaller than the one above and only has the dot reticle Again at £14 it works, but I've only tried it on a handgun.

How did you mount the sight to your semi auto shot gun?
    Could you show some pictures?

Yes they will both fit a weaver/picatinny rail.
The first reflex shows a 11mm fit sight but are available in both types. Seach Ebay for "Reflex red dot sight"

Escort MPA 12g 7+1 semi comes as a practical style shotgun with a rail and sights fitted.

On the pump I fitted a picatinny saddle mount to take a sight. Got a picatinny rail fitted to it since

    Clive,

Thanks for that, one more questions, are the side saddle mounts any good?

It worked as it should on my Mosberg Maverick 88 for last years comp.

I sold the one shown here and I fitted a Picatinny rail to the 88. Now I have a Nikon Slughunter 3-9x40mm on top. Have it 6 months now and I still have to get that setup zeroed, waiting for good weather and competition slugs.
