I have an open fire in my living room and I want to get a stove put in. I want to remove the existing fireplace and have a stand alone stove put in the space.

I don't need a back boiler or anything on the stove. Can someone tell me what type of stove I need and does anyone know anyone that can supply and fit a stove and remove the old fireplace etc?

    What size is the room?
    Poor/average or very good Insulation?
How old is your house/chimney as it may need to be relined?
Have you a picture of your fireplace?
