Say someone with a part time job last 3 years earning minimum 150 a week after tax up to 230 some weeks
But then looking at paye online employer gross pay is around 6500 and no tax paid
    What does this mean?

Are they paid in cash or into their bank?

On that kind of money you won't be paying any tax however it looks like your employer is not operating payroll correctly.

Always get payslips. You have no idea otherwise what if any deductions are made. 150 by 48 weeks is 7200 gross. Not too much off the mark but still, always get payslips. No, USC or PAYE due on that amount anyway if that's your only taxable source of income.
