Any recommendations for an optometrist who is good and good with kids in Dublin? My son (4) failed his school eye test. He has been referred to the Eye and Ear, in fact he is already a patient at the Eye and Ear but I'm not holding my breath for an appointment.

I am going to see muieran tempany in ranelagh eye clinic on the 23rd Feb with my 4 year old daughter. She has a lazy eye. We have her on the waiting list for Crumlin Childrens Hosp but were told it was gonna be at least an 18month wait. The cost is 120 and return visits 80 in ranelagh eye clinic.
See my other thread on 4 year old with a lazy eye. There's more info there.
