I am starting on a new job on Baggot Street on Monday.

I am based in Clondalkin so am thinking of getting the 6.55 69 to Fleet street then the 39A from D`olier Street. Does that leave me enough time and how packed would the 39A be?. If its very packed could hop on 39A on the quays.

    My job starts at 8.30am.

You could also take the 7.25 51X or 7.30 51D direct from Clondalkin to Baggot Street. Both should get you there for 8.30, but might be tight if traffic is heavy.

See the part of Clondalkin im in 69 is 2 minutes walk but the other two one is about 10 and the other is nearer to 20.

OP, are you working in Lower or Upper Baggot St? If it's Lr. Baggot St., you'd be as well off getting a 46A or 145 from D'Olier St. to the Dept of Ag. in Kildare St. or the first stop on St. Stephens Green (East) and walking the rest, much more frequent service.
