Hope this is the right place for this!

I've tried several times to close my account, why do I keep getting this message?

This is my one and only account on boards!

To be honest I don't know what the problem is because I've never tried to close an account, but I'll move this thread to the Help Desk where one of the office staff will see it on Monday and can hopefully help you then.
