Im changing my diesel tank and problem is new tank is 2 feet longer than old one iv concreate slabs under neat and its up on 6 foot walls but it over hangs the walls by 16 inchs or so the concreate slabs go to the end of the tank. Could the tank topple over ???

You could replace the slabs with lintels.
Ideally the base should be a concrete box larger than the tank footprint with a poured concrete slab on top supporting the whole tank.
If the tank fails during warranty the manufacturer won't entertain the claim if the base is substandard.

Without photos it's hard to say.
Do you mean you have a concrete slab cast o top of the 6 ft walls and the tank sits directly on the slab?
If that is the case, it will depend entirely on the suitability of the slab - It may well not be capable of supporting the tank at the area that is cantilevered over the ends.
That being the case, I would advise building further support walls underneath nearer each end.

If I misunderstand and you simply have the tank sitting on the walls, I don't see how that could be satisfactory.

slab cast on top of walls and tank up on slab cast
    done now looks sturdy enough
