    Just looking for some advice. I went to Therapie Clinic for a consultation this morning and I paid for a course of laser hair removal. I have changed my mind about it and realise I really don't want to do it. Would I have a cooling off period to change my mind and hopefully get a refund?

    Ring them and see it's up to them, not their fault you changed your mind.

    Ah I know, I feel a bit foolish. She was a great saleswoman to be fair to her.

    They just rang me and they are giving me a refund. Fair play to them, excellent customer service.
