Uncontested divorce issues

We are going through divorce, after legal separation. It is completely agreed but court requires affidavit of means from both parties. We understood only applicant needed to provide this. What are the chances of court making ruling contrary to our agreement?
Has this ever happened and where can precedence be seen?

Both parties must provide an affidavit of means to the courts. From what I'm aware of most divorces are under the same agreement of the separation and as you say it'll be uncontested...by consent..it should go relatively smoothly.
