I'm receiving TRS on a First time buyer mortgage since Dec 2012, but thought it lasted for 7 years. Does it end in 2017?

It was promised in the last budget that there will be some arrangements in this budget in relation to TRS for 2018 and 2019. That, I imagine, is dependent on the current government existing by then. As it currently stands it'll end in December if not extended.
