Fixing drains?

Hi, a waste drain going from our roof to the ground is loose at the top. The drain has come away from bracket. Can anyone suggest/recommend who I might get to fix it?

Try tradesmen.ie for someone close by.
Alternatively ask a few friends to see who has a ladder and try to fix it (probably a new bracket would do the trick)? When you ask around someone may volunteer to do it as their good deed of the month?
