SIME Pro Ignition failure

Hi Folks, I have a 1 year old SIME muselle PRO and just tried to turn on the heat this evening and it has an error AL 06. I reset and the power cycled the boiler and still the same. The LCD display does show an ignition failure. Any advise on what I can do? There does appear to be gas to the cooker, so not sure why it does…

You will need to call out an Registered Gas Installer (RGI) to troubleshoot the boiler. You can find a local one here
