Recruitment Consultant Interview - Role Play

    Hi guys,

    So I have made it to the 3rd stage of 4 in the interview process. This next interview involves a full day of Role Play and Business Development. I would really love to get this job, so I am just looking for as much information as possible. I am the sort of person who likes to be really well researched in any situation, so any help you guys could give me would be invaluable.

    I have no recruitment consultant experience, so any jargon breakdown or information on what exactly is involved in Role Play would be great.

    Also, if there was anyone in the Cork city region who would be willing to meet up for a coffee to go through things, that would be fantastic!
