Integrated fridge door problem

Just wondering do any of ye have an integrated fridge. I have a full height larder fridge. When the door is gently closed shut all is fine but if the door is closed with even a slight bit of force the door closes but bounces back open leaving it slightly ajar. This results in the door being left open for full days while we are at work etc. very frustrating...

Are the seals/door magnets not functioning properly in that they are not pulling the door shut and keeping it shut? I would have thought you should be able to slam a door shut on a fridge door and it would remain closed?

Any ideas what's wrongl it's a new fridge.

    Many thanks

sounds like the fridge is set back in too far. is the outside door hiiting the frame . it shouldnt .if it is touching i would guess it is keeping the fridge from properly closing
to test take off the fittings that attach the fridge door to the press door

    Many thanks for you reply

I checked that and the outside door is well out from the frame so not interfering with the door closing

It only happens when I shut door with force. Which I seem to do very time :-) Should a fridge catch the door and hold it every time? Even when closed with force? I can't remember every time just to close it gently....

Maybe it's the weight of the door?? It's one full height door. But the fridge should be designed for that I guess.

make suree there is nothinginside the fridge that is hitting the door or the food on it.
sometimes our fridge does that if the drawer has something behind it
