Thanks for getting in touch.

There are two ways this can be arranged. You can contact our technical support team directly and if you still live and are assigned the same Landline number when the email was created the technical team can call you on the landline to verify the account and cancellation then can be arranged. You can contact them on 1890260260 or freephone 1901 option 2.

Or

You can send a copy a copy of your bill (the same landline you created the account with would have to be allocated to this bill) into [font=Calibri, sans-serif]support.business@eircom.net[/font] requesting for the email to be disabled.
