    hi,
we paid the deposit for a new build.
the house has solar panels on the roof top for electricity.
i was interested in solar for hot water.
is it possible to get solar panels installed for hot water?

The panels on the roof heat hot water through the immersion. The average you'll save per day with solar water panels is 1euro per day. With the pv panels that you have you can save more.

    thanks sleeper12 for response.
i wanted to check with builder if there is any space available for installing additional panels for water heating.
from installation point of view, i dont know if both panels can co-exist and any additional wiring is required.

You can have both but one won't lend to the other. For you to get solar now would be not an addition to your own PV panels but a complete new full installation for solar AFAIK.
