course opinions

hi im considering my course options for this coming september and i am looking for any thoughts/opinions from current or previous students of each course.was it a difficult course overall etc and any timetables as would like to see the time table layout for the week if possible. . thanks.
the two courses i have in mind are:

1. mechanical engineering.

Both have pretty full timetables. You'll be hard pressed to find an engineering course that doesn't really.

This semester 1st year Mech Engineering has 26 hours, while Civil has 28.

They're two completely different types of engineering in my opinion.

Mechanical Engineers build weapons, Civil build targets.
