    Both have pretty full timetables. You'll be hard pressed to find an engineering course that doesn't really.

    This semester 1st year Mech Engineering has 26 hours, while Civil has 28.

    They're two completely different types of engineering in my opinion.

    Mechanical Engineers build weapons, Civil build targets.
