Issue with Gas Central Heating.

    Hi
I have a problem with my central heating and just wanted some opinions on who I should call. My central heating has been turned off for around 6 months as there was no one in the apartment. When I turned it on this week the rads are heating up fine but the hot water tank for the shower and taps stays stone cold. The pressure in the system is reading one bar as normal. Could this be caused by an airlock in the heating system or would another cause be more likely. Would you reccomend I call a gas fitter to look at the heating or a plumber to check for an airlock. Just trying to avoid calling out two different tradesmen if I can.

    Mick.
