Thickening up hair that is thinning at crown

Thinning at the crown, about 10cm square, so not that small an area.

I'm not quite ready to go for the full chop just yet.. although probably will eventually, but just want to try to temporary "hair thickening" measures first.

Hair colour is light brown. Recommend any spray I could try first to sort of add thickness to the hair fibres still in place?

Just on this... I ended up researching this a bit and found some "keratin fibres" on Amazon.

There are lots of different brands but I ended up going for these ones: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Volumon-Professional-Building-Concealer-KERATIN/dp/B00S52L7HA/

Arrived today and just tried it a few minutes ago. Gotta say this is frickin awesome... amazing difference and I've got a thick head of hair again (I'll do the chop later when too much hair falls out to be able to use this method). :)
