I have a flight in cork at 6,40AM, that time of morning there should be no trouble getting through security fairly quickly

Anybody know what's the latest time that Aer lingus allow to check in a bag before the flight? the flight is to the uk, i had a look at there website but can't see the information about it.

    Cheers.

I believe check in/bag drop closes 45 maybe 50 mins before departure.
A 6:40 am flight is considered a first wave departure, this is the busiest time for the airport, as all the overnight aircraft will be departing around the same time, I wouldn't expect it to be quiet really, but Cork is small and straightforward to get through.
Id aim to arrive no later than an hour before. Boarding will commence at 6.10am, if not earlier, for an early flight due to depart at 6.40am.

With Aer Lingus in Cork and Dublin you have the option to check in your bag the evening before if that is a runner for you
