How to find a job for a mathematician

Hi, I'm a Russian who's been living in Ireland for nearly 20 years. In Ireland I got my Masters degree and phd in applied mathematics and theoretical physics. However, it seems that I am entirely unemployable. Age 51.

I started a thread earlier this year, hoping to start a new masters degree with the aim of increasing employability and even started the NCI Data Analytics course which I found I couldn't complete due to not completing an undergraduate course related to computing.

Many people in the previous thread also suggested that I learn Python and Excel as a basis for better employability which I have both put hours into learning since then.

Many others have also suggested going to a careers coach but haven't linked to any good places to start - I have done many job seeking programs which haven't helped me at all.

My question is how and where I should find a job, or if this isn't enough, what else should I learn?

Previously I have worked in research (roughly 16 years, mostly in Russia).

Going fairly left field with this but can you teach?

Would you consider doing maths grinds to leaving cert and college level students?
There's so many crappy maths teachers out there and lots of parents willing to pay decent money to get their children over the line. Especially with the extra point for maths

I paid 25 hour an hour for maths grinds, class of 4. Just so you know what the figures are like
