RTE player

    I've got an Alien2 triple tuner for Sat and Terrstrial
    I need subtitles because I'm partly deaf.
    No problem on live transmissions.

    I have RTE player on the Alien2 - but it crashes the box everytime i try to use it. (Green screen - restart).
    When I try to get an updated plugin , it does not offer RTE player
    How do i fix the RTE player on the Alien2 ?
    How do I get subtitles when watching the RTE player on the Alien2 ?
