    Media videos have stopped playing on laptop

    Hi you will need to let us know more.

    What exactly do you mean? Are you trying to watch youtube or something? Or are you watching dvd's or video files?

    If it is youtube, what web browser are you using? And what operating system are you using (probably Windows 8 or Windows 10...)

    You should try answer all my questions above to get any help.

    Google adobe flash player, download and install do make sure you have the latest update.

    I've changed from google to google chorme and it seems to be working now
