Someone to do garden drainage in Letterkenny.

I'm looking for someone to do some garden work. A small digger would be needed to set up a small drainage system and cover the area in chips etc. I'm not sure who would do this type of work, should I get a landscaper or general garden maintenance company? Any recommendations welcome.
