Roller blind not rolling back up

    Hi

I have an IKEA tupplur blackout blind. It won't roll back up. I have tried pulling halfway down and then removing and rolling up by hand but it doesn't help. I've done it numerous times now and it sounds like there is more tension but still not rolling up at all.

I've taken the spring out and it looks like it might be too tight but I've no idea really!

Attached are photos of the spring and of the outside end - it's not the standard square pin fitting.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks

Its rounded at the end by looks of it.

Do you mean the white plastic part? It still fits well on the wall bracket and doesn't slip around.

Another pic of it attached and the wall bracket.

Is the white plastic part gripping the actual inner part/tube of the blind. I've had issue like that with another make where it just rounded itself in that inner part and just turned.

Yeah it seems fairly snug. And when I hand roll it up while on the bracket I can hear the mechanism clicking
