Microsoft Account Other Devices apps Message

Am getting a Message saying, "Microsoft Account You need to fix your Microsoft Account for apps on your other devices to be able to launch apps and continue experiences on this device." The Message is just frozen / hanging here. Can still use the Cursor, holding an dragging the Scale part up an down behind the Message but…

Am getting a Message saying, "Microsoft Account You need to fix your Microsoft Account for apps on your other devices to be able to launch apps and continue experiences on this device." The Message is just frozen / hanging here. Can still use the Cursor, holding an dragging the Scale part up an down behind the Message but it's getting annoying now looking at this black box message and it just sitting here. Any advice how I can get rid of it?? I don't even use a Microsoft Account do I?!? I don't even know! I use an add App or game on my phone, and, the phone usually always goes to ask me if I want to log in but I never do, but it's like it automatically logs me in to Apps anyway. I don't know.
