refurbish my bike in Dublin

I am looking for a place where someone can refurbish my bicycle because I am not too good at fixing bikes and I also have few tools. I can change a tube or put on new brakepads.

It has 3 x 8 gears and recently the cable for the 8 ripped so I can only use 3 gears now. I got new shifting levers but I don't think I'll manage with the installation. Also the bike feels very stiff compared to other bikes I borrow so it might need a bigger overhaul. It must be about 6 or 8 years old but I like it.

Is there any bikeshop in Dublin that refurbishes bikes, not just builds and sells new bikes ?

http://www.beecycles.net is another one, basically Dara only does servicing and parts/accessories sales, no bike sales, so he has no interest in upselling you a replacement bike!

That is a very nice website. Thanks a lot for that. I think I might drop by there and show them my bicycle.

Been there, left my bike early last week and picked it up again on Thursday. Dara did a brilliant job. I am very happy with the service as the bike runs like new.
