What are the best areas in Edenderry to buy property and those areas where there would be challenges?

Blundell wood is a nice area, as are a lot of the other areas in the new estates on the outskirts of the town.

St.Marys Road/Killane is generally a very quiet area also, very settled..cant comment on the Sycamores estate though, have heard mixed stories

With the predictions for brexit coming in thick and fast what does everyone think about property?

I know some bidders from the uk have pulled out of  purchases in Ireland due to Brexit and the loss in value of the pound.
