Extremely long shot here;

While the tour operator got the knife back, the laws in China restrict sending any knives, I've tried China Post, DHL and TNT and none can carry the penknife..

So my hail Mary is that I will find someone flying out of Lhasa back to Ireland who would be willing to bring the penknife back to Ireland..!
(or someone knows a courier who will carry it)
