Microsoft Word Starter not working on Windows 10

Hey, Microsoft Word Starter 2010 is not opening up at all on Windows 10. It says to repair in control panel. However, when I try to repair in control panel it says there's no internet connection. There's nothing wrong with my connection (I'm able to post this!). Any tips?! I really need to use Starter again

Hey,
