Always fascinated me how the rest of the country does their exams before Christmas and me being in DCU, we have to do them after Christmas :D only finishing next week.

    Pro: More study time
    Con: Stressful Christmas

In fairness some people seem to find it easier to ask here than actually go look for the info themselves

NUIM are after Christmas also...stress, stress and more stress.

Your first Christmas after finishing your degree is the best Christmas ever....better than the Santa years!

Always assumed it was so lecturer's could have the Christmas off and not be bothered with corrections.

I would say studying at Christmas sucked but I never bothered myself. Crammed it in the week before exams.

They should have it before Christmas in Maynooth. Would likely reduce the impact of Christmas Days shennanigans in the town.
