Advice please on CI Problem

    Hi, anyone on here know much about a case international 1255xl, was sitting up for 3 months now I have no clutch, its different set up to the 1056xl I heard

    I have no real advise on the case.

    But just to say from reading the heading on your post I thought you had a problem with your Calving Interval.:D

    Is it that you can't change gears at all or really grinds? Start her up, get something to keep the clutch down like wedging a plank inside cab, leave it running for a couple hours, should free out, worked with a zetor for me and often heard of doing it

    Wonder has the slave cylinder leaked and taken in air, this would leave you with no clutch..
    you could try bleed the slave cylinder same process as bleeding breaks on a car...


    top up fluid
    pump pedal few times
    hold in pedal
    release fluid in slave via bleed nipple
    close bleed nipple..

    Repeat till it works..

    We put in a seal kit in our 885XL during the summer when we were doing the clutch.. its no big job to refurb the cylinder and the kit was ~€20

    I checked the brake fluid and was empty, this maybe the clutch fluid as well, its topped up now, ill try that, cheers
