Site clearance near aviva/zeltiq ?

Anyone know whats being built on the site being cleared & dug out near the zeltiq/ former linen supply building ? It goes right back to the aviva site and its on a part of the parkland that was never developed.

Probably the new Gaelscoil Mhic Amhlaigh. Building was supposed to start last year, but there was some problem and it was delayed.
