Telephone number to follow up for business online orders

    Hi, 

    Is there a phone number to follow up on orders placed online for businesses. I went through the usual channels

    https://business.eir.ie/support/getting-touch/

    but they couldn't help (order number wasn't what they were used to, couldn't look it up). They said they would chase it up for me and they did and I got a call from a mobile number. I did get back through to the person but now there seems to be an issue with one of my  orders and I can't get a hold of the person. 

    Can you help?
