    Hi everyone.

Ive a little problem here and im trying to find solution.

A few days back ive replaced steering rack on my van.
It required special fluid called Dexron II so i went to the shop and bought that.
Finished the job and everything seemed fine.
However yesterday on a longer journey the steering rack has seized and theres some damage that happened to the components of the power steering system.
Back home it turned out that the bottle of fluid contained not dexron II what the label says it should be in it but some sort of hydraulic oil that caused all the damage.
Im going to the shop and intend to ask them to pay for repair, what should i do If they refuse?
I would be grateful for any help and advice.
    Seb
