Asking a question for my mate about living out of home on dole age 23

My mate is currently living at home with his parents is getting 100 euro a week on the dole he is currently moving out of home into his own place he will be renting with friends so he is not living at home would his dole increase to the full 188 because he is not living with his parents? Could be wrong, but I don't think where you live matters, I think it's entirely age-dependent. So long as he's 23 he'll receive €100 regardless of where he lives.

As others have said still only will get €100 so can't be done.
