    Hi,
I bought a Half leg of Lamb from one of the supermarkets today. While cutting the lamb I found a small lump inside the Fat of the Lamb Meat. It is Light grey in colour and round in shape. Should I be worried?

It's already dead. I bought a Half leg of lamb meat from the supermarket this evening and found out this lump in the fat of the leg. I just cut out the lump.

I'm worried on: If I cook the meat and eat it will I fall sick?

That's tragic. First the amputation, now terminal cancer. :(

    EDIT:

Jesus, this keeps getting worse. First it loses a leg. Then it dies. Now it's got terminal cancer! It's enough to make you wonder whether there even is a God.

I do like eating half leg of lamb available in the supermarkets.

Is it best to throw off the meat?

I'm not sure if this will resolve your situation but that yoke is not light
    grey in colour.

I bought lamb the other day, butcher said it would be good for a year in the freezer, opened it up this morning and the wee bugger was dead.

If you still have the packaging, and aren't happy, bring it back. Otherwise I would cut that piece out and cook away.
The animal probably got a jag of a piece of wire or thorn in a hedgd, or even a nip from a dog, and that lump formed.

The tumours are the tastiest part of the meat, and you want him to throw it out? Roast it in some garlic butter, just don't tell the rest of the family or they'll be jealous.

Aye, sounds about right, seen this often with other beasties. Bruise/ cyst in the fat tissue from injury. Harmless.
OP, you've already cut it out. Salt, pepper, sprig of rosemary and chuck it in the oven.
