    Different countries - different rules.

    For example, if you have assets here of €1,120,000 and 4 children, you can leave it to them in equal shares and there's no inheritance tax to pay. If you're in the UK and have assets of Stg£1,000,000 and you leave that to your 4 children then the estate will pay inheritance tax of Stg£270,000.
