Virgin hub 3 and AirPort Extreme

    Hi all just wondering if anyone could offer some advice or guidance. Up until before Christmas we had our wifi setup with an old Cisco modem provided by upc with an apple AirPort Extreme as the router along with a second AirPort Extreme on the opposite side of the house acting as an extender. Wifi speeds were great. Recently virgin have provided us with the white hub 3 and the wifi has been unbearable, i can't get it setup with the airports, putting it in modem mode makes things worse and nothing I do seems to work. Days have been wasted pulling my hair out.

    Any advice or guide on how to get this up and running correctly. I'm currently debating if it would be worth my while ringing virgin and telling them to take back the hub3 and reactivate my old modem, or maybe even just getting in someone like computerambulance and getting a professional to set it all up for me, any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Hi , yes having the same problems i've just had this white super hub delivered 5-6 days ago. I had an old UPC box, worked fine but wi-fi was a little weak so i dabbled with Virgin on the upgrade.

    Super Hub far from super , I've had serious connection problems all my devices locked up.

    Wi-fi issue, my IPv4 & IPv6 --ive set the two lines for WAP only this seems to have solved some issues, disable the guest line and leave on channel 6 , seems to have a bit of an impact.

    When my VPN is on for my work PC it will not let me send attachments with e-mails ???WTF

    My 14 day trial period is up next week might by sending this heap back
