Have you tried any of the following?

I'm not sure you can turn it in to a "Hackintosh" via a live USB with Linux on it.

You can create a Bootable Install USB but you'll need another Mac to do it. With this you can boot and run disk utility to try to access the drive or at least recover any files on it assuming it's still spinning and mountable.

Even if you could boot from a Windows USB you wouldn't be able to read the Mac formatted disk without some proprietary software.
