Was Office 2010 the Last version of Office before it went all cloud\Web looking?

Was 2010 the last version to be similar to 2007?

Office 2007 was the last one to use toolbars. They changed to the ribbons in 2010, which was a pretty big departure and upset a lot of secretaries.

Office 2013 wasn't a big departure from 2010, but had more cloud service integration, likewise 2016.
