Question on oil stove

Hi there, my parents currently have a solid fuel range which runs 7 radiators, they are considering changing to an oil stove. I'm just wondering if it would entail a big conversion to switch to oil, would all the pipes connecting to the radiators have to be changed or can the ones that were used previously be used? Also am I right in assuming the same radiators can be used or would new ones have to be purchased. They are interested in a second hand Stanley Ashling Oil stove but it is not set up to run radiators however the man selling it says a boiler can be put into it, would this be worth doing or would it be best to get one with a boiler already in it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks
