That's a refurbished model, not brand new. I would say it's closer to €1700 brand new, but it's not a crazy price for a pre-built with those specs. PC Specialist are a good operation and don't use crap power supplies so I don't think there'd be anything to worry about. The HDD would be a bog standard 7200rpm drive, SSD could be anything, probably a Kingston as that's their cheapest option on their website when building I think.

Dropping down to a 1070 card and with optimal components etc best i can do as an alternative.

This is probably more comparable to what they are offering you (most likely a chunk better then what they are offering, I went up past the cheapest few 1080s anyway and the case/psu is an unknown). It's probably not what I'd order with that money but it helps put their offer on the refurb into better perspective for you perhaps.

Meant to say, I just slapped in a m-atx board, I'd guess they will give you an atx board, but who knows ;)

If the list of parts you came up with is an indication of the sort of stuff you would like then I doubt what they are offering is going to make you extremely happy but as TerrorFirmer says it's not a crazy price for a prebuilt.

Yea im more worried about the quality of the components tbh, small things like ram and psu etc and i'd like a nanoxia deep silence 3 case.

Will you definitely be overclocking? Because if not, you're wasting a lot of money on the processor, board and cooler. Also keep in mind that an i7 will easily outperform the i5 in games and editing/rendering, so you might consider a basic H110 or H170 board and i7-6700?

Works out about the same price from what i can see, not checked prices too much though.

I wouldn't really recommend H110 boards anymore; B250 boards are coming in around the same price but support DDR4-2400.

Its a Coolermaster HAF case so pretty good.
In fairness it does look like a good deal.
