Terrible broadband in Carrickmines D18

I've moved to Carrickmines within the last few months and am having bother trying to find any decent broadband. Eir/Sky/Vodafone and the usual suspects say I can get a maximum of 4mbps, Virginmedia isn't in the apartment complex and it doesn't look like it will be any time soon (even though it's already in houses about 60metres away...)

Does anyone know of any decent providers in this area?

Metro and WiMax are being pulled down (and suck). That leaves you with 4G(Three, Vodafone, Meteor) which will either be slow or very restrictive caps or both or any other FWA providers still going.

    Try http://irelandoffline.org/map/
