Renting in Tuam, no houses available

impossible to find a house there at the moment. With Valeo having 700 employees and now steeltech adding more jobs it will get even more difficult. Where else would suit for a friend? Dunmore? or better to head towards city any thoughts?

I've found people around this area aren't great at letting people know they have a house for rent. They seem happy to just let it sit for a few months to see if someone they know wants it first. The websites only ever seem to have the same houses on them and they're probably long gone, or so bad no one wants to rent them.
