Firm mattress that would not break, or mattress topper on plywood?

    Hello,

I weigh 110kg. And I need a pretty firm mattress because of back problems, However, sleeping directly on plywood boards is too hardcore for me.

Firm mattresses that I buy sadly become soft within a few months. My weight breaks them in way too much. I did go for a more expensive one with the same result.

Are there any firm mattresses that will assuredly NOT have this effect?

Alternatively perhaps I should lay plywood on the bed and then two or three mattress toppers on top of the plywood?

    Try one of these:

Not cheap, but will do the job and will last
